We are proud to announce that Whitney Young Health’s own Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Theodore Zeltner, MD, MBA, has been awarded the People’s Choice Award in the Top Primary Care Provider category in CDPHP’s Top Doctors Awards.
Launched this year, the CDPHP Top Doctors Awards were created to honor local physicians who have proven they can provide better, more cost-effective care. The People’s Choice Award honors medical professionals who were nominated by patients and peers in five categories.
Many of Dr. Zeltner’s patients have been with him for years or even decades, following him when he moved his practice to WYH, so it’s no surprise that he was nominated to the Top Primary Care Provider category by a longtime patient, Nancy Kelly, whose daughter began to see Dr. Zeltner after a car accident left her permanently disabled.
