In our continued efforts to enhance services for our patients and community, Whitney Young Health offers Physical Therapy (PT) Services at our Watervliet Health Center.
Dr. Erin Elkins, PT, DPT, Ed.D., and Dr. Dayle Carhart-Davis, DPT, PT have joined the Whitney Young Health Family to provide these services to our community.
Whitney Young Health PT Services offers treatment techniques and equipment to assist our patients in restoring functional mobility after it has been lost due to injury, recuperation from surgery, or disease. Our providers also perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
The addition of Physical Therapy Services allows us to break down barriers of access and affordability, allowing our patients the opportunity to recover from previous injuries and provide a better quality of life.
