NEW PATIENT WAIT-LIST: If you would like to become a new patient, please call 518-465-4771 to be placed on a waiting list. Please anticipate at least 3 months wait time for a new patient appointment.
All Whitney Young Health services are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins unless otherwise specified.
If you have a concern, problem, or complaint that has not been resolved through our staff, please contact our concern/complaint line at (518) 465-4771, ext 4905 and leave a detailed message. Your call will be returned within 72 business hours by our Patient Engagement Specialist.

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). Whitney M. Young, Jr. Health Center is a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) deemed facility.
This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal PHS deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
