Whitney M. Young, Jr. Health Center

Has your child had a physical in the past 12 months?

Everyone should see his or her primary care provider at least once per year. If your child has not had a physical (well-child visit) in the past 12 months, call today for an appointment! These visits are essential for making sure your child is on track with immunizations and developmental progress. Bring your 5 -11 year old in for a well-child visit at Whitney Young Health before June 30th and receive a free gift*, while supplies last!
