Dr. Habib is a Clinical Pharmacist with a Doctor of Pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, with a concentration in nephrology. She brings experience in clinical pharmacy, emergency medicine, ambulatory care, and transitions of care across hospital and community settings. Dr. Mansour is certified in immunization, medication therapy management, and BLS, and has a strong background in research, health education, and community outreach. Her professional interests include pain management, chronic disease, and health equity.
