Kallanna Manjunath, MD, CPE Chief Medical Officer
 Dr. Manjunath, who in addition to his duties as CMO is also one of Whitney Young's staff pediatricians, completed his medical training at Bagalore Medical College, Bangalore, India, and was trained in pediatrics at Blackburn and Burnley Hospitals in the United Kingdom. He completed his pediatric residency training at Albany Medical College, Albany, NY, where he served as Chief Resident from 1986 to 1988. After completing the residency training program, Dr. Manjunath worked as a staff pediatrician at Albany Medical Center. In 1991, he joined St. Peter's Hospital Ambulatory Care Network as a staff pediatrician and seven years later assumed the role of the Medical Director for the network. In 2002, Dr. Manjunath joined the Whitney Young staff in the positions he currently holds. He is also Fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics and Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics.
Elizabeth Cole , MS Chief Operating Officer
In her role as COO, Ms. Cole oversees the daily operations of all health services activities throughout the seven patient care locations. Ms. Cole received her Masters of Science Degree in Health Systems Management from Union College in Schenectady and her Bachelors Degree in English, Journalism and Secondary Education from University at Albany. She worked at Albany Medical Center for 19 years where she served in several progressive leadership roles including Manager of Critical Care, Academic Coordinator of Surgical Clerkships, Administrator of the Department of Surgery, and later as Administrator of the Neurosciences and Heart Institutes. She joined Whitney Young in 2006 as the Practice Manager of the Albany Health Center. She became COO in 2008.
Mary Connolly, CPA Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Connolly oversees the finances of Whitney Young. Upon completion of her Bachelors Degree from SUNY Plattsburgh in Accounting and her Masters Degree from SUNY Albany in Finance, Ms. Connolly began her career in the health care field in the early 1980's as the Lead Financial Auditor for New York State Office of Mental Health. She continued her career specializing in health care finances as a Senior Accountant with KPMG/Peat Marwick. She later went on to work for Capital District Physicians' Health Plan where she served for several years as its Controller, then as Vice President of Finance. She remained in this position for a little over a decade and joined Whitney Young in 2004.
Jenna Fiman, DMD Dental Director
Dr. Fiman oversees all clinical and quality aspects of Whitney Young two dental health centers and a mobile hygenist program, Seal A Smile, operated in partnership with the Healhy Capital District Initiative. Most recently, Dr. Fiman oversaw the opening of Whitney Young's new Troy Dental Practice. She is a graduate of Tufts University, School Of Dental Medicine and Brandeis Univeristy with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. Upon graduation she served as an associate dentist in a private practice in the Albany area. In 2001, she joined Whitney Young as a staff dentist focusing on general dentistry. In 2007, she became the Dental Director, continuing to also serve as a staff dentist at the Albany Health Center.
Maureen Krone Assistant Vice President for Total Quality Management and Corporate Compliance Officer
Ms. Krone serves as Assistance Vice President of Total Quality Management and Corporate Compliance Officer. She has nearly ten years of clinical nursing experience working in Intensive Care and Emergency Departments. After 4 years as Director of Nursing at an area hospital, she began to focus her interests on Healthcare Risk Management and Quality. She later became Director of Risk Management for Community Health Plan/ Kaiser Permanente, serving in that capacity for more than a decade. Prior to joining Whitney Young, she was Director of Quality and Risk Management at the former Bellevue Woman’s Hospital, now part of Ellis Hospital.
