Human Resources Introduction

The Human Resources Department provides effective human resource management practices that promote the concept that the employees of the Whitney M. Young, Jr. Health Services are one of our most valuable resources.

Valuing employees means we put as much commitment and focus into them as they put into patient care. Without our employees we could not function at the level of professionalism we currently operate under.

We do this by:
