Currently 9% of Whitney Young patients have identified that English is not their first language.

To help reduce the language barrier in our health care setting, Whitney Young employs on-site translation services for our Hispanic/Latino (518-465-4771 extension 4488) and Russian (518-465-4771 extension 4489) patients and family members.

In addition, Whitney Young utilizes AT&T's Language Line to assist with our other non-English speakers.
