As one of the largest employers in Arbor Hill, Whitney Young provides internships, on-the-job training (OJT) and skills development to individuals who may be thinking of a career in health care or related services.

Whitney Young works with area academic and health-related training institutions to place interns and residents, provides summer placements for City of Albany youth and works with the Community Health Centers of NYS to enhance workforce development through the participation in AmeriCorp program.
