Talking to one of Whitney Young's trained mental health specialists can help. Our mental health specialists include licensed master social workers and psychiatrists. We adhere to the strictest confidentiality to provide our patients with the peace of mind they desire.

At times, we all get stressed out and sad. But if the stress and sadness are affecting your family, job or life, then talking to a trained mental health specialist may make a big difference.

Help is available if you are:

  • Struggling with depression
  • Having relationship problems
  • Experiencing parental challenges
  • Needing career guidance and direction
  • In need of social supports and linkages to community services

Our highly trained mental health specialists can help you figure out why you're feeling the way you do, and suggest ways to help you feel better. That might mean simply talking to a counselor and/or a physician to getting medication to help you out.

You do not need to feel ashamed or uncomfortable. Your mental and emotional health really do go hand in hand with your physical health; and at Whitney Young, we want to make sure all of your parts - physical, mental, and emotional - are healthy.
