Patients needing a refill may have their prescriptions refilled at the Price Chopper HouseCalls Pharmacy at Whitney Young's Albany Health Center or they may choose to have their prescriptions refilled by any outside pharmacy.

If you refill your prescriptions through the on-site Price Chopper HouseCalls Pharmacy please call 518-427-0102 and they will process your refill or contact your provider for a new prescription if needed.

If you do not currently receive your prescriptions through the on-site Price Chopper HouseCalls Pharmacy, please contact your Whitney Young provider in order to request a refill.

For all prescription refills, please be sure to allow for at least 3 business days for your request to be processed.

If you are interested in moving your outside prescription to the on-site HouseCalls Pharmacy at Whitney Young's Albany Health Center, please call 518-427-0102 and the pharmacy staff will assist you.
